Shipping
Orders in Belgium and the Netherlands are usually delivered to your home within 1-3 business days. If you want your order faster, you can take Express Delivery. Then we guarantee that your order will be shipped the same day (if ordered before 13:00).

Every order comes with a tracking code. You will receive your code as soon as the order is shipped.
Of course. You can always come and see, pay, try on or pick up all our products in our store in Antwerp. No appointment needed.

Most items are exchangeable or returnable within 30 days of purchase. Custom items are not returnable.

Engraving
We place each engraving with a specialized laser device in our Antwerp workshop. The laser places the name or date to within a few micrometers. The engraving is placed a few micrometers deep, to avoid damage to the name plate.
This is certainly possible. In general, the rule is that we can place the engraving in all fonts that are installed on your computer by default. Do you want a special font? Just let us know with an email to info@oliviaforkids.com (mention the font and your order number).
In most cases, we recommend limiting the number of characters (per side) to a maximum of 14. Would you like a longer engraving? Then contact us with the name of the bracelet and the engraving, and we will check it together.
This is certainly possible. You can add the name in the 'Date' field when you enter your engraving. We will then place the name on the back of the bracelet.
Ring size
A ring fits well when it sits comfortably on your finger and slides over your knuckle with slight resistance. Our ring sizes correspond to the circumference of your finger in millimetres: 44 mm circumference = ring size 44.

Measuring your ring size with a strip of paper or string
- Cut a narrow strip of paper about 10 cm long, or use a thin piece of string that does not stretch.
- Wrap it around the finger on which you want to wear the ring, where the ring will sit. Make it fit closely without pulling it tight.
- Mark the point where the paper or string overlaps.
- Lay it flat and use a ruler to measure the distance from the start to the mark, in millimetres.
- Find the measured circumference in the size chart above. For example, if you measure 52 mm, your ring size is 52.
Is your knuckle wider than the base of your finger? Measure the circumference of your knuckle as well. Choose a size that slides over your knuckle while still fitting comfortably on your finger.
Tips for an accurate measurement
- Measure when your hands are at a normal temperature. Cold or warm fingers can affect the measurement.
- Repeat the measurement a few times, preferably at different times of the day.
- Always measure the correct finger and hand: your left and right hands can differ.
- Between two sizes? Choose the larger size.
