Refund policy

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase and will always try to find a solution if you are not satisfied. Please contact us, even if your item is not covered by our return policy.

No customization

Earrings without a letter and necklaces with a pendant can be returned within 30 days.

Light customization

All engraved products: returns accepted within 30 days.

Birthstone products

All products with birthstones can be returned within 30 days.

Full customization

Items with a name or letters in gold: returns are not accepted.

Return costs

For a voluntary return or exchange where we have not made an error, you pay the return shipping costs. You can also drop off your return free of charge at our office in Antwerp, by appointment via info@oliviaforkids.com. If we made an error, such as delivering an incorrect or defective item, we will of course cover all costs.

How do I request a return?

Email info@oliviaforkids.com with your order number and we will explain the next steps. After receiving and checking the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method as your purchase.
