Refund policy

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, and we always try to find a solution if you are not. So do get in touch, even if your item isn't covered by the return policy.

No customisation
Earrings without a letter or birthstone, and necklaces with a pendant: free returns within 30 days.

Light customisation
All engraved products: free returns within 30 days.

Fully customised
Items with a name or letters in gold: no returns. Items with a birthstone: no returns.

Return costs
For a voluntary return or exchange, where there is no error on our part, you cover the cost of sending the item back. You can also drop your return off free of charge at our office in Antwerp, by appointment via info@oliviaforkids.com. If the fault is ours, for example a wrong or faulty item, we will of course cover all costs.

How do I request a return?
Send us an email at info@oliviaforkids.com with your order number and we'll explain the steps. Once we've received and checked the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method as your purchase.
