Shipping policy

Delivery time
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, delivery time is between 1-3 days in Belgium, the Netherlands and the U.S., and 4-5 days in other EU countries. Delivery times are always an estimate.

Free delivery
We deliver free of charge to all our customers within the EU and the U.S. from €100 (or $100 in the U.S.). For orders under €100 shipping costs €7. For orders in the U.S. under $100, shipping costs $25.

Insurance
Every order is shipped insured.

Express Delivery
We offer the paid 'Express Delivery' option for most products. When you choose this option, your order will be shipped the same day if ordered before 1pm.

Multiple items
If you have ordered multiple items, they will always be shipped together unless otherwise notified. If one of the ordered items is out of stock or has a longer delivery time, we will always contact you.

Tracking code
Every item we ship has a tracking code. You will receive your code via email as soon as your order is shipped.
